Google Merchant Center has introduced two groundbreaking tabs to its platform: "Price Insights" and "Automated Discounts." These tabs aim to empower advertisers with advanced tools for pricing and promotions.

The "Price Insights" tab provides advertisers with valuable data to price their products more competitively, while "Automated Discounts" leverages real-time signals to apply discounts to products in Shopping ads and on advertisers' websites.

However, it's important to note that these features are currently available to a limited number of accounts, indicating a phased rollout approach by Google. This strategic enhancement is designed to optimize pricing strategies and increase the effectiveness of Shopping ad campaigns.
