Google introduces restrictions on personalised finance ads

Starting February 28, Google's updated personalised ads policy will limit targeting for financial products and services in the US and Canada, restricting the use of gender, age, parental status, marital status, or ZIP code for targeting. The policy aims to enhance privacy and equity in advertising for credit cards, loans, banking, and financial planning services while allowing geographic targeting through city/county/state and radius beyond three kilometres.
