Enhancements to the Coupon Dashboard were announced

The updated coupon dashboard introduces audience-based coupons, allowing targeted discounts to specific customer groups, such as high-spend customers or cart abandoners, with more precise audience segmentation than the Brand Tailored Promotion (BTP) feature.

A new reorder coupon feature also encourages repeat purchases by targeting customers who have yet to reorder within a set timeframe.
